Accepted Payment Method:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Pay only after your order arrives — safe, simple, and stress-free. Pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment required.

Importent Note:

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment at the time of delivery.

• In case of order refusal or repeated delivery failure, future COD orders may be restricted.

• We do not currently accept online payments. Digital payment options (bKash, Nagad, Card) are coming soon!

At Hillroot Coffee, we know how important it is to receive your coffee fresh and on time. That’s why we’ve partnered with reliable delivery services to bring your favorite blends right to your doorstep quickly and securely.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Bangladesh, including major cities and most upazilas. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to message us before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframe

• Dhaka Metro: 1–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  (Delivery times may vary slightly based on courier workload, holidays, or weather.)

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you're not available at the time of delivery or refuse the package, your order may be returned. In such cases, we reserve the right to limit future COD orders.
